Today's Workout was SHOULDERS!
My boyfriend and I Boulder Shoulder Workout with the boyfriend
We started doing the same exercises then kinda did our own thing towards the end, the workouts were:
Boyfriend's Workout
WARM UP - 1km walk to gym, then 500m sprint on erg
2 x 6 Assisted Chin Ups
5 x 6 Dumbbell Shoulder Press
5 x 6 Incline Bench Press
5 x 6 Bicep Curl with Barbell
5 x 6 Cable Cross Over
5 x 6 Shoulder Press with Machine
500m sprint on erg
Stretch
My workout
WARM UP - 1km walk to gym, then 500m sprint on erg
3 x 6 Assisted Chin Ups
5 x 6 Deltoid Row
3 x 6 Side Raises
5 x 8 Shoulder Press with Dumbbells
3 x 5 Cable Cross Over
1km run on treadmill at 9.5
then another 1km at 7.5 speed with a 7 incline
Stretch
NOTE - these were what we did, and only providing for a guide. Never exercise through pain and always remember to stretch XOXO
