THE LAZY WORKOUT
Yesterday was hot, I was tired and tbh I just really wasn't feeling the gym <-- everyone has those days now and again. So I went to the park to take my dog for a walk, and did a small bodyweight workout. I still wasn't really feeling the workout at the park but this is what I did:
1km walk to the park then 50 mountain climbers (Warm Up and a quick stretch)
ARMS
15 pushups
10 tricep dips
15 lay down push ups
3 x 10 commandos
5 Stair Sprints
ABS
3 x 10 leg raises
3 x 10 bicycle crunches
20 V sit ups
1 minute plank
