THE LAZY WORKOUT

Yesterday was hot, I was tired and tbh I just really wasn't feeling the gym <-- everyone has those days now and again. So I went to the park to take my dog for a walk, and did a small bodyweight workout. I still wasn't really feeling the workout at the park but this is what I did:

1km walk to the park then 50 mountain climbers (Warm Up and a quick stretch)

ARMS
15 pushups
10 tricep dips
15 lay down push ups
3 x 10 commandos

5 Stair Sprints

ABS
3 x 10 leg raises
3 x 10 bicycle crunches
20 V sit ups
1 minute plank

Hey sparklers! Thanks for visiting my blog which is all things fitness, health and food! Okay so I thought It would be appropriate to do a little about me for my first post, so here are 10 things. 1. My name is Emma 2. I'm a twin 3. I've grown up playing every sport you can think of, but have a soft spot in my heart for hockey. 4. I live in my gym gear, all day everyday. 5. My nickname is Smiley because I just love to crack a cheesy smile. 6. My favourite foods are mango, chocolate and sushi yuuummmmm 7. I can speak Italian (kinda, only if you speak slow to me haha) 8. I am studying Exercise Physiology at University 9. I eat everything upside down so that the flavour is on my tongue's tastebuds including toast and pizza... Don't hate it until you try it! 10. One of my favourite quotes is "Don't fear failure, Fear mediocrity" - it's something I try to live by everyday, as it helps me strive to be better. Find your spark to success.
