Leg Press 3 x 8 at 80kg, 3 x 5 at 100kg
Lunges with db 5 x 20 (5kg each hand)
Calf Raises 3 x 15 (15kg)
Squats 5 x 5 (50kg)
Hamstring Curl on exercise ball 3 x 8
Side Raise 3 x10 with resistance band

For the post workout protein I went to a cafe called Cafe XXII (22) Which is a super trendy, french based cafe in the bustling heart of Sydney city, Pyrmont. Walking into the cafe you are welcomed by aromas of chai latte and bacon, hmmm bacon and the sounds of grinding coffee beans or french outbursts <-- which add to the indy atmosphere.
I had the a cappucino and the "Florentine" which was pretty much eggs benedict with smoked salmon...with the hollandaise sauce on the size (I hate butter and that sauce has unneccessary calories with little nutritional value) Super yummy and filling, defs recommend it!
