SUPSERSET - I did a pyramid set for 5 sets - I didn't change the weight but only the reps. The reps started at 14, 12, 10, 8, 6

3 x 8 Weighted Abdominal Crunch
3 x 8 Knee Tucks on frame
3 x 10 Interval of Weighted Jack Knives and straight double leg lifts
I finished off with a long foam roll as my legs were sore from leg day yesterday, and the walk.

I've been doing a personal training course (Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness) over the summer holidays and I've reached mentoring time! I get to do 40 hours of observation and practical work in the gym which I'm super keen about.
